Terms and Conditions of Service – Tinker Tech 3D

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Tinker Tech 3D. By utilizing our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Tinker Tech 3D offers the following services:

  • Computer Repair: Diagnostic and repair services for desktop and laptop computers, including hardware and software issues.
  • Computer Networking: Setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of local area networks (LAN), wireless networks, and related devices.
  • Smart Device Setup: Installation and configuration of smart devices, including home automation systems, smart TVs, and security cameras.
  • 3D Printing: Printing of 3D models using customer-provided files or designs, or files and designs created by Tinker Tech 3D.
  • 3D Printer Repair: Repair and maintenance of 3D printers, including troubleshooting, part replacement, and upgrades.
  • IPTV Services: Installation and troubleshooting of Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) systems, including configuration of streaming services.

2. Service Fees

  • Pricing: All services are provided at the prices listed on our website or quoted individually. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated before the service is performed.
  • Payment: Payments are due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, or Google Pay.
  • Estimates: For repair services, we may provide an estimate before starting work. However, the final price may vary depending on the complexity of the issue.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Tinker Tech 3D, typically in cases where services were not performed as agreed.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information about your device or network issues. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
  • Backup: We recommend that you back up all important data before submitting your computer for repair or service. Tinker Tech 3D is not responsible for data loss during repairs.
  • Third-Party Devices: For services related to third-party devices or software, Tinker Tech 3D cannot guarantee compatibility or functionality.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tinker Tech 3D, its employees, agents, and partners from any claim, damage, or expense arising from the use of our services.
  • Damages: Tinker Tech 3D is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profit, or personal injury arising out of the use of our services.
  • Device Malfunctions: While we will take reasonable care in performing services, Tinker Tech 3D cannot guarantee that devices, including 3D printers, computers, and networks, will function without issue after repair or service.

5. Intellectual Property

  • 3D Printing: By submitting a 3D model for printing, you represent that you hold the rights to the design or have permission to use it. Tinker Tech 3D does not claim ownership of your 3D models.
  • Content of IPTV Services: Tinker Tech 3D is not responsible for any content accessed through IPTV services. It is your responsibility to comply with applicable copyright and licensing laws.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. We will not disclose personal information provided to us except when required by law or to facilitate the provision of services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

7. Warranty and Guarantee

  • Repair Warranty: We offer a limited warranty on repairs performed, typically covering parts and labor for a period of 30 days. This warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party modifications.
  • 3D Printing Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of the printed 3D model, provided the design file was provided correctly or created by Tinker Tech 3D. However, no guarantee is made regarding the functional use of the printed model.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to any customer for any reason, including abusive behavior or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

Tinker Tech 3D reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and the revised terms will become effective immediately upon posting.
